He’s a keeper!

Taylor Kinney just opened up about his engagement to Lady Gaga, and the details are enough to make any Little Monster go “aww!”

“It was snowing – it was beautiful,” the Chicago Fire star tells Chicago Tribune magazine of his Valentine’s Day proposal in its latest issue.

And the actor, 33, says he had no hesitation about popping the question: “I just knew,” he said. “It wasn’t a light bulb going off.”

As for wedding plans, Kinney said he’ll be recruiting help when it comes time to suit up.

“I’ll have someone help me out with a tailored suit that fits well and looks nice but I’m not out there doing that on my own,” he told the local glossy.

No word yet on what CFDA style icon Gaga will wear down the aisle. However, at Monday’s Met Gala in New York, she rocked a Chinese wedding dress-inspired Balenciaga gown by pal Alexander Wang.

Gaga, 29, and Kinney first met in 2011 while filming the music video for her song “Yoü and I.”

“I really can’t imagine being with anyone other than who I’m with right now,” the soon-to-be American Horror Story star told Howard Stern in December. “He is the right guy. I have that feeling. I just know it.”
