Kylie Jenner and Tyga Take in a Movie in Calabasas

As the pair continues to insist that their relationship is strictly platonic, Kylie Jenner and rapper Tyga went on a friendly movie date in Calabasas, California, on Thursday evening.

Keeping a low profile, the couple avoided being photographed together. Kylie, 17, opted for a more casual look than we typically see from her in a pair of sweatpants, white sneakers and a purple zip-up hoodie.

Tyga, 25, was similarly dressed for comfort in a sweatshirt and loose black pants.

Their relationship – in whatever capacity it exists – is what spurred a massive Twitter war on Feb. 16 between Amber Rose and Khloé Kardashian when Rose, 31, said on New York’s Power 105.1 that Kylie is “a baby” and that Tyga “should be ashamed of himself. … He has a beautiful woman and a baby that he left for a 16-year-old who just turned 17.”

Tyga, however, denied the rumors on the same station a few days later: “I’m not dating Kylie, I just want to get that out of the way. I want to be clear to everybody that I didn’t leave my family to be with Kylie.”

The rapper brought up their relationship once again on Friday when he told New York’s Hot 97 that their relationship is nobody else’s business. “If I love her, and I love her as a person, ain’t nobody else gotta deal with that. That’s real. The more your friendship grows, it keeps growing. It’s all about a friendship,” he said.

“I speak what I feel in my heart,” he continued, vaguely, on Hot 97, “and if I want to express that, then I will express that at that time. If I want to express it later in life, then I will do it later.”
