Kim Kardashian West enjoyed a rare night out on Wednesday.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star attended a Christmas party at the Forum in Inglewood, California. The star-studded party was thrown by Shelli Azoff, wife of music mogul Irving Azoff.

One partygoer, whose Instagram account has since been set to private, shared a black-and-white photo of Kardashian West, all smiles whilst posing for the pic at the bash.

Kardashian West, 36, was joined by her mother Kris Jenner, 61.

The evening marked one of the few times Kardashian West has been spotted out and about since she was robbed at gunpoint and had millions of dollars worth of jewelry stolen from her in Paris on Oct. 3. In the months since, the reality star has flown largely under the radar, refraining from posting anything on social media and stepping out only a handful of times, such as to attend a few of her husband Kanye West‘s concerts in Los Angeles or to grab fro-yo with her close friend Jonathan Cheban.

The outing also comes at a particularly tense time for the reality star: West, 39, was only recently discharged from the hospital where he spent over a week being treated for exhaustion. Multiple sources have confirmed to PEOPLE that his health crisis — which hit amid growing concerns over his erratic behavior — caused strain on the marriage and that it’s been a “tense time” for the couple, who spent some time living apart after he was released from UCLA Medical Center.

The rapper’s return to his busy lifestyle has also caused friction, with a source telling PEOPLE earlier this week that while Kardashian West “still denies they are getting a divorce, things are definitely not great between her and Kanye.”

As for West, the rapper doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon: He arrived in New York City on Monday and made major headlines when — much to everyone’s surprise — he met with president-elect Donald Trump at Trump Tower on Tuesday.

Between the robbery and West’s struggles, a source told PEOPLE on Wednesday that the dueling crises have taken a toll on the couple, who share daughter North, 3½, and son Saint, 1 — though members of their inner circle are encouraging them to keep working on the marriage.

“We’re telling them to hold on, to get through this,” said the insider. “They both need to understand that adversity is what will make them stronger as a couple. If they can get through this season, they will create an unbreakable bond. If anyone can do it, they can.”
