On stage, the actress took the opportunity to deliver an important and powerful message: "Different is good. Don't fit in," she said. "When someone tells you that you are different – smile and hold your head up and be proud. And as your villain I would also say, cause a little trouble: it's good for you."

And they get slimed hard. The stars of the ABC sitcom win for favorite family TV show, and, in a matter of seconds, become the first attendees of the night to have a vat of green slime dropped on their heads. (Lesson learned: No one can hide from the slime.)

Walking through jets of slime, miraculously unscathed, the Mockingjay's Hemsworth heads to the stage to accept his award for best male action star, beating out very tough competition including Chris Evans and Chris Pratt.
