On Tuesday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took to Snapchat to document their afternoon handing out food to underprivileged families at a turkey drive hosted by her beau and his Cleveland Cavaliers teammate J.R. Smith at the Greater Friendship Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio.
Sources previously told PEOPLE that Khloé, 32, was up in the air about going forward with her plans to spend Thanksgiving in Cleveland with Thompson, 25, considering her brother-in-law Kanye West‘s recent hospitalization.
West, 39, was hospitalized for exhaustion Monday in Los Angeles. His wife Kim Kardashian West, along with her mom Kris Jenner and sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian, were all in New York City for the 2016 Angel Ball, but Kim ended up skipping out on the gala which honored her late father Robert Kardashian to rush back to West’s side in L.A.
On Wednesday, a source told PEOPLE that Khloé “wants to spend Thanksgiving with Tristan, but with everything going on at home with Kanye and her family, she may stay behind to be supportive.”
Meanwhile, the rest of the famous family is expected to celebrate the holiday at Kylie Jenner‘s Calabasas home.

“Family Thanksgiving’s at my house this year,” Jenner, 19, told E! News on Monday. “I’m really excited. Khloé usually does it, but she’s out of town this year and Kourtney [Kardashian] does like, every other holiday, so I was like, ‘I’ll take over Thanksgiving this year.’ I’m really excited!”
On Thanksgiving Eve, Kylie shared a throwback photo of the six Kardashian-Jenner siblings. “us at thanksgiving dinner tomorrow like,” she captioned the image.
And if Jenner is looking for any last-minute tips, she can head straight to her sister’s website and app, where Khloé posted her best hostess tips.
“You know I love to entertain!” wrote Khloé, before launching into her number one hostess tip: investing in plate warmers or a warming tray.
“You can buy warmers at Target. These lifesavers will give you time to interact with your company,” she added. “If you are tethered to your stove cooking, you don’t get to interact with your guests and are worried about the food. I like to do everything prior and keep food warm in a warming tray (or plate warmers). If you finish things way earlier you can enjoy your guests.”
“I try to do a taco Tuesday with my friends. I do it in Cleveland, too,” she continued. “It’s just basic tacos. It’s fun and easy and gives me the opportunity to hang out with everyone because people can help themselves.”
Khloé also dished on the favorite hostess gift she loves to receive (candles or bottle of champagne or alcohol), the hostess gift she love to give others (a bottle of alcohol, candles or coffee table books) and last but not least, the most unique hostess gift.
“Kourtney normally gives me china or silverware for birthday or Christmas presents because I love to entertain,” she wrote. “Stuff like stemware, flatware, or china can be expensive and it’s also not something you buy yourself. But, it’s nice to receive as a gift and something you keep forever. After a couple years of getting these as gifts, I’ve built up my collection and now I can have a nice dinner party! I think that would be a really nice hostess gift for someone you’re close to!”
