A looming jail term can’t keep the Kardashians down.

“No!” Khloe Kardashian shouted to PEOPLE Thursday night when asked if she was nervous about reporting to jail on Friday, to serve a sentence of up to 30 days for violating probation following a DUI arrest.

Kardashian, 24, was on her way into Matt Leinart’s 2nd annual Celebrity Bowling Night at the Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood, to benefit Leinart’s Foundation for Kids. Her sister Kim, Kim’s boyfriend Reggie Bush, and her brother Robert Jr. and his girlfriend, Adrienne Bailon, joined her.

Khloe did not talk to reporters, other than to say that she could say not speak. (Kim Kardashian said that she was saving her comments for the E! network, which airs Keeping Up with the Kardashians.)

Still, Khloe looked to be in great spirits and waited patiently for her family.

“It will be okay,” Kim said on the red carpet Thursday, adding that the family was taking the night to bowl.

Also making the scene was The Hills‘ Brody Jenner, who is Khloe’s stepbrother. (Jenner’s father, Bruce, is married to Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner.) Khloe will pay her debt to society, Brody says.

“She made a mistake, and she’s paying for it – everybody has to,” Jenner told PEOPLE. “Everybody knows the consequences once they get behind that wheel and they’ve been having a drink.”

He added, “It’s unfortunate, but it had to go down … I love Khloe to death.”
