The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star gives an update on Kanye West's current health status
While prepping for her second Victoria Secret Fashion Show in Paris on Wednesday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star gave a brief update on how she, her family and West are holding up after the rapper’s recent hospitalization.
“Everyone’s okay,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “Everyone is doing okay — just praying.”
Jenner, 21, added,”Yes, of course [he’ll be okay].”

West, 39, was hospitalized for exhaustion and sleep deprivation shortly after he canceled the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo tour last Monday, and he remained there over the Thanksgiving holiday.
“The only person Kanye trusts is Kim,” a source previously told PEOPLE. “Kim does spend hours with Kanye every day. She says that Kanye is on many different medications and that his doctors are figuring out proper doses. Kim says that not much has changed since he was admitted and that his doctors seem concerned.”
Kardashian West “acts very concerned. She says he has yet to be diagnosed, but she uses words like paranoia and explained that Kanye thinks everyone is out to get him. The only person Kanye trusts is Kim,” another source close to the family previously told PEOPLE.
“Everyone’s freaking out, I got so many flowers from all my family members,” she told ET. “So, yeah, I feel the love for sure from L.A.”
This is the first time Kendall has returned to Paris since Kim Kardashian West’s terrifying robbery in early October. Though members of her family aren’t in tow, she seems to be enjoying her time with pals and fellow VS models Gigi and Bella Hadid.
“It’s extremely comforting because these girls are genuinely my friends outside of work, outside of everything, so it’s really awesome to be able to share that with them,” she shared. “Everyone is so supportive, which is really nice, because I feel like it could go the opposite and everyone’s super cool and super supportive and everyone wants everyone else to succeed. So, it’s really cool.”
