Doctor’s orders!

Kelly Clarkson has been forced to cancel six of her tour dates as a result of doctors telling her she needs to rest.

“So bummed that I have to cancel some of my tour dates. This kills me, but doctors are saying I need to rest my voice,” the songstress tweeted.

The scheduling affects dates as early as Sept. 12 and continues throughout next week, ending on Sept. 20. Cancellations include two stops in Vienna, Virginia, two in Florida – including Tampa and West Palm Beach – one in Raleigh, North Carolina and another in Camden, New Jersey.

“I can’t wait to get healthy and see y’all back on the road soon. I hate canceling ,” Clarkson, 33, wrote in a second tweet.

Her Piece by Piece tour has sold out in multiple cities and garnered much attention as Clarkson continues to do amazing covers on tour, including Prince’s "Purple Rain," Taylor Swift’s "Blank Space" and ‘NSYCN’s "Bye Bye Bye."
