Treatment is apparently working for Ke$ha.

The “Timber” singer, 26, released an upbeat message to her fans on Tuesday, via a pal who posted from her verified Twitter account on her behalf.

“[Ke$ha] says, ‘THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I’m overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I’ll be back soon and better than ever,’ ” the friend wrote, explaining that the starlet – who is seeking professional help for an ongoing battle with anorexia and bulimia – doesn’t have access to Twitter at the moment.

Added the pal: “Ohhh and she can’t believe Timber is still number one! ‘[expletive] YEAH animals! PARTY ON!!!!’ ”

Ke$ha entered treatment on Jan. 3, following alleged ongoing pressure from longtime producer Dr. Luke and former manager David Sonenberg.

About a week after the MTV star checked herself into Timberline Knolls facility, her mom Pebe Sebert, 57, did the same, blaming post-traumatic stress disorder as the cause.
