Get ready to work for it. At her mom Goldie Hawn‘s inaugural Love In for Kids event on Friday, the actress told reporters, “You [have to] work your ass off. That is the only way.” The mother of two, who credits her fit physique to running and Pilates, says there is simply nothing else to it. “I always want there to be some sort of secret but there just isn’t,” says Hudson, 35. The key is consistency, plain and simple. “You can’t do two weeks and go and do two days, then take a week off, and be like, ‘Why aren’t I in shape?’ ” she says. But that’s not to say the actress doesn’t also like to indulge every once in a while. “I just love food,” she says.
