Although he’s fueled controversy via Twitter and reignited feuds with his lyrics, Kanye West proved he can be a peacemaker.

The outspoken rapper was pictured breaking up a fight among photographers shortly after landing at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday.

In a video obtained by TMZ, West, 38, can even be seen hugging one photographer in efforts to restrain him following a brief scuffle.

A stark contrast to when the 21-time Grammy winner had an altercation with photographers at the airport in 2008, that led to a court-ordered 50 hours of community service.

Also in the LAX footage, West can be seen updating photographers about his $1 billion plea to Mark Zuckerberg, telling them that the Facebook CEO “might end up helping out.”

The Life of Pablo hitmaker previously tweeted, “I write this to you my brothers while still 53 million dollars in personal debt… Please pray we overcome,” in addition to reaching out to Zuckerberg with another tweet that read: “Mark Zuckerberg invest 1 billion dollars into Kanye West ideas.”

(Zuckerberg has yet to publicly comment on West’s messages.)

And for someone who is notoriously known for not smiling on-camera, the father of two showed off a beaming grin when asked about having a third child with wife Kim Kardashian West.

“Perhaps,” West said about adding a sibling for North, 2, and 2-month-old Saint.
