After a whirlwind romance and festive wedding, Ryan Sweeting says he feels like his first date with Kaley Cuoco never came to an end.

The tennis pro and The Big Bang Theory actress married on New Year’s Eve after just months of dating. But Sweeting, 26, says he instantly knew he had found his soul mate.

“I had never really felt that feeling before, really,” he told reporters on Thursday at Delta Airlines’s Grammy Weekend party in West Hollywood. After meeting Cuoco, he added, “The second I got here I didn’t want to go home. We spent every minute together, and I still haven’t left from our blind date.”

At the pre-Grammys bash, the happy couple mingled with celebrities and watched a private performance by Lorde. Cuoco, dressed casually in black, and Sweeting cozied up to each other, sitting on the backrest of their booth and watching the show with their arms around each other.

Sweeting said his “whole outlook on life” is “a lot more positive” since tying the knot with Cuoco, 28, at their fire-and-ice-themed wedding, which unsuspecting guests thought was a simple New Year’s party.

“We couldn’t be happier,” Sweeting said. “It’s the best, the best, moments of our lives.”
