Looks like the holiday season is making Kaley Cuoco feel reflective.

The 30-year-old took to Instagram on Monday, sharing an old photo of her family and thanking them for their support through the “craziness, drama, gossip, tears” of the past year.

“Every year my family has an incredible get together that involves everyone from gran (sic) parents, grandkids, second and third cousins, babies, tons of food and Christmas carols ” she captioned the photo. “There have been precious lives lost over the years but even so, we still make this happen. Thank you @eugeniamarrone for keeping the tradition alive!”

In the black and white photo, two of Cuoco’s relatives stand with a long ling of children beside them.

“Someone showed me this photo last night. My grams is right there in the middle,” she continued. “Through all the craziness, drama, gossip, tears, and life that has happened this last year, seeing these people who know me quite well, made me oh so very happy.”

It has certainly been a tough time for the star who filed for divorce from her husband of nearly two years, Ryan Sweeting in September, and has been open about the difficult year she’s had.

In November, Cuoco told PEOPLE that she “was kind of in a dark place,” while filming her Indie project Burning Bodhi,

“I only shot for nine day, and I was kind of there the whole time in my head,” she said. “The town was a little dark, the whole thing, the energy just made you feel that way.”
