Talk about a power couple.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel will be honored for their work with the LGBT community at GLSEN’s annual Respect Awards in October, the organization confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.

Timberlake and Biel “are two vocal and committed allies to the LGBT community who are also devoted to charitable works that improve the lives of youth,” GLSEN‘s executive director Dr. Eliza Byard told PEOPLE in a statement. “[They] have consistently been visible and committed allies.”

The couple – who wed in 2012 and welcomed son Silas Randall in April – will be honored with the Inspiration Award.

Past honorees Julia Roberts and her husband Danny Moder, along with Jim Parsons and his boyfriend Todd Spiewak, Bob Greenblatt, Marilyn Katzenberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg will all return as honorary co-chairs.
