Let the sliming begin!
Justin Timberlake – two-time past winner of Best Burp – is set to host Nickelodeon’s 20th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards, according to the TV network.
The show also will include, in her first Kids’ Choice performance, Gwen Stefani – who, with singer-songwriter Akon, will deliver the hit title song from Stefani’s new album, “The Sweet Escape.”
The free-for-all ceremony is slated to take place Saturday, March 31, from UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion (8 p.m. ET; tape delay PT).
Also set to entertain and present awards, as well as possibly get covered in green goo, are: Beyonce, Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, Queen Latifah, Mike Myers, Zac Efron, Bindi Irwin, Hilary Duff, Jessica Alba, Jamie Lynn Spears, George Lopez, Jon Heder, Chris Evans, Drake Bell, Emma Roberts, Jesse McCartney, Nelly, Ice Cube and Ciara, among others.
Winners are selected by kids and presented in 16 categories, not counting surprise awards. Also, this year, the burp contest will offer a new twist and take the noise level to a new high, according Nickelodeon.
