The altercation took place shortly after 11 p.m., according to TMZ (which has a short video of the scuffle). The Cleveland police tells PEOPLE they “did not respond for a fight.” RELATED VIDEO: The Truth Behind Justin Bieber’s Strange Behavior Bieber – whose rep did not immediately respond to a request for comment – also didn’t appear to be too shaken up by the incident. According to sightings on social media, the star was spotted partying afterwards at local hotspot Barley House. The restaurant’s owner Bobby George confirms to PEOPLE the star hung out at the venue, adding that Bieber “was just there enjoying himself” with a small group that included a few security guards. On Thursday, Bieber posted a shirtless selfie, seemingly assuring fans he’s just fine.
