TV shrink Dr. Joy Browne will take an unusual step this Friday: She’ll offer advice on her daytime talk show to a roster of former child stars that includes teen idol Leif Garrett (recently in the headlines for his June arrest for drug possession) and fallen rapper Vanilla Ice, as well as onetime deviled-ham pitchman Mason Reese, Lauren Chapin (“Father Knows Best”), Paul Peterson (“The Donna Reed Show”) and Morgan Brittany.
