Joey Feek is in hospice care with terminal cancer, but her focus remains on her little girl.

On Thursday, the 40-year-old singer doted on her daughter Indiana from her hospital bed at home. Joey’s loving husband Rory Feek, 49, shared photos of the sweet moments on Facebook.

“…birthday bed-time kisses from Mama,” wrote Rory. “Good night little one, today you are 22 months old.”

The husband and wife, known as Grammy-nominated country duo Joey + Rory, have been open about her brave battle on social media and his blog, This Life I Live.

“How honest do we really want to be?” Rory wrote in a moving blog post on Nov. 29. “It’s like questioning God about the twists and turns he’s brought into our life in the last few years … and asking Him, ‘How much is too much?’ Sometimes I feel like shouting, ‘We get it God … you’re in control. Life is fragile and all we have is today.’ But He just keeps bringing more story and more pain, and more beauty … all at the exact same time.”

After receiving heartbreaking news in October – a CT scan revealed that her cancer was aggressively spreading, prompting her to stop treatment – Joey has been determined to make the most of her remaining days with family. She celebrated Christmas early with loved ones in her hometown of Alexandria, Indiana, this month, and later managed to get out of bed to create even more memories.

“We had some friends and family here at the house with us, and when the door to her bedroom opened up and she came out in the living room, we almost couldn’t believe our eyes,” wrote Rory on Sunday. “We were all so proud of her, but I think Joey was even more proud of herself.”
