ABC’s Dancing with the Stars is proving to be a magnet for those wanting to strut their stuff.

The latest Dancing wannabes: Joey Fatone and Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson, the Duchess of York.

In the case of Fatone, the former ‘N Sync-er, 29, let Orlando, Fla.-based Real Radio 104.1 know that he wants to compete in the reality competition – though he previously turned down producers’ requests three times.

So why the change of heart? “It’s kind of popular now,” said Fatone, who has also performed on Broadway in Rent and is currently starring in Little Shop of Horrors.

“I like doing it because it’s challenging,” said Fatone, though he does wonder, “Can you imagine me wearing those stupid tuxes?”

Ferguson, 47, has told TV’s Inside Edition that she, too, would “quite like to go on Dancing with the Stars,” where, she said, “I’d like them to teach me the tango.”

A spokesman for the network told the Associated Press that the fourth season’s roster of celebrities will be announced later.
