Jimmy Kimmel has some mansplaining to do.

Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Thursday night, and the host offered her some assistance.

“I’m going to help you win this election, no problem,” he said. “Are you familiar with mansplaining?”

“Oh, that’s when a man explains something to a woman in a patronizing way?” said Clinton.

“Actually,” noted Kimmel, “it’s when a man explains something to a woman in a condescending way, but you were close!”

Clinton took the podium to practice a stump speech with Kimmel weighing in.

The mansplaining came early and often. “Hold on one second,” he said just as Clinton began. “You’re shouting, you’re too loud. It comes off as a little shrill for men. You’re making a speech, not an arrest.”

“Thank you, it’s wonderful to be here with all of you,” Clinton continued in a softer voice.

“You know what, you have to speak up, we can’t hear you. You’re like a mouse up there.”

Amid the contradictions and laughs, Kimmel also weighed in on Hillary’s smile while speaking. “Ask yourself, do I want to be president or do I want to be a Lakers Girl?”

Replied Clinton with a chuckle, “Is that a real choice?”
