The mom-to-be took time to work at a Christian shelter and thrift shop, just days after her expected due date
Jill Dillard‘s due date has passed, but she’s not letting her late arrival slow her down.
The mom-to-be, who’s expecting a son with her husband Derick Dillard, took time to volunteer at a thrift store near her home in Springdale, Arkansas, on Saturday.
Dillard, 23, shared a pic working alongside her spouse and two friends, captioning the Instagram selfie “Volunteering at the Compassion Center this morning in Springdale, AR. @compassionnwa #compassioncenter.”
The Compassion Center is a Christian organization that works to help underprivileged in the Little Rock area.
The 19 Kids and Counting star, who was due on March 24, is the first daughter of Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar to get married.
A midwife herself, Dillard revealed her pregnancy exclusively to PEOPLE just two months after the couple was married in June 2014.
Dillard, a first-time mom, previously told PEOPLE that she was “planning on the baby coming late,” and that their son will “come when [he] comes.”
19 Kids and Counting airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on TLC.
