Making her first post-breakup appearance at VH1's Big in '05 Awards on Dec. 3 was tough for Simpson, who won the Big Stylin' award for her fashion sense. She "didn't want to go," says a friend. "Her friends had to convince her she had done nothing wrong and to hold her head high."
