At least one of Jesse James’s alleged mistresses isn’t interested in her 15 minutes of fame.

The fourth woman who claimed to have had an affair with Sandra Bullock‘s husband won’t be going public, according to her lawyer.

“I can confirm that she has decided not to tell her story,” the woman’s attorney Gloria Allred confirmed to PEOPLE. “I have no other comment.”

Allred previously described the woman, who has not been identified, as “a beautiful model and businesswoman” who was pursued by James.
