The 76-year-old rocker ties the knot with Judith Brown, the ex-wife of a second cousin
Goodness gracious, Jerry Lee Lewis has gotten married again!
The rock ‘n’ roll legend, 76, tied the knot for the seventh time earlier this month, to a woman named Judith Brown, his rep tells CNN.
Brown is the ex-wife of Lewis’s second cousin Rusty Brown, whose sister, Myra Gale Brown, was Lewis’s third wife. Their wedding in 1957 – Myra was just 13 at the time – caused a scandal that helped derail Lewis’s then high-flying career.
Lewis, best known for his rollicking 1957 hits “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On” and “Great Balls of Fire,” was divorced in 2004 from his sixth wife, Kerrie McCarver, after 20 years of marriage.
