Jennifer Aniston: Justin Theroux Is a 'Killer' Cook
The actress dishes on romantic nights at home with her fiancé
When your guy is a talent in the kitchen, it can be hard to resist the occasional carbo-load.
“Like, hello!” she bemoans to PEOPLE. “Carbonara. It’s a killer. The last couple of years since meeting this man have made me gain a couple extra pounds. But it’s all worth it.”
Still, consistent daily workout sessions help the Aveeno global brand ambassador, 45, take the edge off those occasional indulgences.
Aniston, who narrated the first of a series of digital shorts for the Aveeno brand, titled, The Beauty of Nature Active Naturals Oat for Your Skin, aims for 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of yoga or floor exercises.
“It catches up to you, and you take care of it,” Aniston says. “But it’s still fun. It was all in the name of love!”
