They got back from Bora Bora almost two months ago, but Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are still living in newlywed bliss.

“Jen and Justin are very happy,” an Aniston insider tells PEOPLE of the pair, who tied the knot Aug. 5. “They still act like they are in the honeymoon phase.”

That’s not to say they’ve been inseparable, though. Due to Theroux’s busy schedule filming season two of his HBO drama The Leftovers in Austin, Texas, the couple has had to live the first months of their marriage long-distance – something the actor said was “horrible!”

But absence appeared to make the heart grow fonder, as Aniston, 46, and Theroux, 44, “seemed very much infatuated with each other” when they arrived at The Leftovers premiere Saturday night, says an onlooker.

“They were very close and cuddly” on the red carpet, adds the onlooker, who notes Aniston blew kisses to her husband as he did interviews.
