Jennifer Aniston and Los Angeles-based photographer Peter Brandt have settled a lawsuit involving topless photos he took of her last year.
“It’s a confidential settlement,” Aniston’s lawyer, Jay Lavely, tells the Associated Press. “The matter was amicably resolved.”
The Break-Up star, 37, sued Brandt in December, alleging he invaded her privacy through “invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures” – photographing her in her home with a telephoto lens.
Brandt responded that he was standing with his camera on a public street about 300 yards away from Aniston’s house when he took the photos.
