Tea for two!

Dr. Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein of TLC’s hit reality show The Little Couple, are finally settling into a schedule with new daughter Zoey, 2, and son Will, 3, now that Arnold is recovering from a diagnosis of a rare cancer, intensive chemotherapy treatment and remission.

And that schedule includes a little mommy and me bonding.

“So I’m starting to feel a little bit better now that I am finished with chemotherapy,” Arnold says in an exclusive sneak peek of Tuesday’s episode, airing at 10 p.m. on TLC, “and I wanted to do something special with Zoey and spend some time with her.”

Arnold and Zoey go all out with a girls-only tea party, dressing up and serving one another snacks and decaffeinated tea in Zoey’s bedroom, though Zoey has some strong opinions about gloves and pink boas.

“It’s about the fun, the girly stuff,” says Arnold. “I get to have a little fun reliving my childhood with her.”

Arnold, who is a neonatologist at Texas Children’s Hospital, and Klein, 39, a business owner who runs their Houston-based pet store Rocky & Maggie’s Petshop, have been open to showing viewers how they live with skeletal dysplasia – a condition that Arnold, Klein and both of their children share.

“From when I was a kid, I knew I was going to be an adoptive mom,” Arnold told PEOPLE earlier this year. “I dreamed of being a mother. Like everything else in life, I am going to try everything I can to achieve my goals. Now, that I am a mom, it’s awesome.”
