The 1963 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud and piano will be auctioned off and the proceeds used to pay the $1.8 million judgment obtained two years ago by the H.V.V. Corp., said the plaintiff’s lawyer Robert Sainburg. Sainburg said H.V.V. is the parent company of Kramer Guitars, which is owed the money by Jackson Communications Inc.
