Meryl Streep, Johnny Depp, Emily Blunt and others head an all-star cast for the movie musical

Disney’s movie version of the Tony-winning Stephen Sondheim-James Lapine Broadway show Into the Woods may not open until Christmas Day, but a teaser trailer was released on Thursday, a day after the public was allowed glimpses of production photos.

And what did they see?

Members of the impressive – and huge! – cast: Meryl Streep as the Witch, James Corden as the Baker, Emily Blunt as the Baker’s Wife, Anna Kendrick as Cinderella, Chris Pine as Cinderella’s Prince, Mackenzie Murray as Rapunzel, Christine Baranski as Cinderella’s Stepmother, Daniel Huttlestone as Jack, Tracey Ullman as Jack’s Mother, Lilla Crawford as Red Riding Hood and Johnny Depp as the Wolf.

The story follows a group of fairy-tale characters as they go deep into the forest in order to have their wishes granted.
