"The artists that I feel the most inspiration from definitely come from [the '60s and '70s]," says White. "People find that so funny to come out of me, they go, 'How old are you?' That's because of my parents. As I got older I really took a liking to this music. It's very authentic – it was very popular music and yet it was still very artistic."

"The first popular artist I fell in love with was Stevie Wonder," says Chikezie (who was eliminated March 26). "I was so impressed with the imagery that he used in his music. It was so crazy with not just the lyrics, but the music itself paints a picture and that always impressed me and it's something that I take along with me."
