Miley Cyrus – who gave a dramatic performance – reflected on what it means to give: "Not only is money needed, but just time. There are so many kids out there I met – so many children that were just walking around alone. I know they would love to have friends there, and have people coming and just bring hope. Whether it's your time – no matter what you spend and give to them, it'll be greatly appreciated."
