Christmas came early for a few children who received visits from some of their favorite ABC Family stars.

Pretty Little LiarsIan Harding, Baby Daddy stars Tahj Mowry and Melissa Peterman, and Young & Hungry‘s Jonathan Sadowski paid a visit to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles to share the holiday spirit with staff and young patients. True to the holiday spirit, they came with gifts for the children, who happily posed for photos with the actors.
