Hugh Hefner's Son Blasts Holly Madison as a 'Gold Digger'
Cooper Hefner, 23, took to Twitter this week with some harsh words for Madison, 31. The younger Hefner also defended his 89-year-old dad, who publicly accused Madison of “rewriting history” in her new tell-all memoir, Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny.
“How does a person who is famous for being a gold digger paint themselves as a victim of a relationship they aggressively sought out for?”
He goes on to say that Madison, as well as V. Stiviano, 32, the mistress of former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, 80, who leaked secret recordings of his racist rants, and a handful of others are “wonderfully s–tty people.”
Cooper isn’t the only one jumping to Hef’s defense. Kendra Wilkinson – former Playboy Mansion housemate, ex to Hugh Hefner, and onetime pal to Madison – told PEOPLE on Wednesday that Hef is right to accuse Madison of rewriting history. Wilkinson says Madison has always had an ulterior motive for alleging tales of lies, manipulation and suicidal thoughts at the Mansion.
Madison has since fired back, saying she was never in it for status or money.
“If I was bitter about not having been married and wanted revenge, I would have done it a long time ago,” she said.
She also said Hef did include her in his will but she chose to leave anyway.
