With only a week remaining in the February sweeps (when networks roll out the stunts to boost ratings and set advertising rates), FOX is poised to win its first-ever victory among TV viewers ages 18 to 49, according to the Nielsen ratings.

And this week the network can thank “Joe Millionaire,” two “American Idol” episodes, a special 300th episode of “The Simpsons” and a “Married … With Children” reunion — all of which landed in the Top 20.

Among all viewers, CBS is actually in the lead — courtesy of its hit “CSI” and the return of “Survivor,” while FOX and NBC are neck-and-neck for the second spot.

And just when everyone thought that reality shows couldn’t miss, along came ABC’s “Are You Hot?” — which debuted before a relatively paltry 10 million viewers last Thursday.

Even so, it still outdrew NBC’s new, highly touted drama “Kingpin.”

For the week of Feb. 10-16, the Top 10 shows were as follows:

1. “CSI,” CBS, 27.2 million viewers
2. “Joe Millionaire,” FOX, 24.1 million
3. “Survivor: Amazon,” CBS, 23.3 million
4. “The Simpsons” special, FOX, 22 million
5. “The Simpsons,” FOX, 21.3 million
6. “Friends,” NBC, 20.9 million
7. “ER,” NBC, 20.6 million
8. “American Idol,” Tuesday, FOX, 20 million
9. “‘Married … With Children’ Reunion,” FOX, 19.2 million
10. “Friends” special (repeat), NBC, 19.1 million
