A woman accused of operating a pricey, 9-year-old call girl service that had clients in at least five states and in Europe has pleaded not guilty to pandering and pimping. Los Angeles County prosecutors filed nine pandering and pimping charges Tuesday against Jody “Babydol” Gibson, 41, who’s been described by police as a “major madam.” Police say she had as many as 34 women working for her at a time, and her clients paid between $500 and $3,000 for their services. Gibson is free on $25,000 bail and has been ordered to return to court July 14, when a judge will determine if there’s enough evidence for her to stand trial.
