Heather Locklear isn’t leaving “Spin City.” Her blondness has signed on for another season with ABC’s hit sitcom — despite the shift of stars next season, from Michael J. Fox to Charlie Sheen. “Heather is coming back for sure,” the show’s producer, Gary David Goldberg, tells TV’s “Access Hollywood.” The former “Melrose Place” star will be moving from Manhattan back to L.A. with “Spin City,” too, which is changing its shooting location to accommodate Sheen. (The series will still be set in New York, however.) Fox, who is leaving for personal reasons, is reportedly telling people that he’ll occasionally pop up on the show next season. Sheen, on the other hand, won’t be popping up this season: his formal introduction will take place after the departure of Fox.
