If you’re in the Midwest or on the East Coast, you likely spent Friday morning digging yourself out from under a huge pile of snow. What better way to relax, now that your day has started in earnest, than with a slow-motion video of surfers catching enormous waves in the gorgeous Hawaii weather?

Shot off the north coast of Oahu by aerial photographer Eric Sterman, this four-minute compilation offers a god’s eye view of the thrilling (and dangerous) waves of the Banzai Pipeline. Seen from this vantage point, the surfers look like an army of aquatic ants – who just so happen to be able to shoot the tube perfectly.

And hey, for the jealous types, you also get to see them wipe out a bunch of times. Take that, surfers!
