The amicable exes – who announced their split in March of 2014 – hit up the upscale West Village hotspot The Lion with daughter Apple, 11, and son Moses, 9, as well as her mom Blythe Danner and brother Jake. The family seemed “super happy and chummy” and “looked like a happy, regular family having a big pre-Thanksgiving dinner,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE of the outing. Paltrow, 43, and Martin, 38, have both moved on romantically since their breakup: He dated Jennifer Lawrence on and off over the summer and is currently seeing actress Annabelle Wallis, while Paltrow is in a relationship with American Horror Story co-creator Brad Falchuk. And while they’re with other people, the exes have remained close, and Paltrow will even appear on the Coldplay rocker’s upcoming album, A Head Full of Dreams.
