Gwen Stefani is getting back to work.

Wednesday night, the No Doubt rocker, 45, made her first public appearance since announcing her split from Gavin Rossdale earlier this month.

Stefani stepped out in L.A. to promote the upcoming season of The Voice (which premieres Sept. 21 on NBC) with fellow coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams, as well as host Carson Daly.

Decked in a white blouse, Spanish-inspired skirt and tights, the singer complemented her gorgeous look with a high bun and heels. Noticeably absent from her ensemble? While she wore a literal handful of bling, she swapped out her wedding band for a gold band with a pearl on her ring finger.

Stefani and Rossdale announced Aug. 3 that they would be divorcing after nearly 13 years of marriage. A Stefani source told PEOPLE at the time that “their priority is making sure they maintain a safe and secure home for their children regardless of what’s happening.”

Sure enough, the pair has tried to keep things as normal as possible, from spending time with their three boys – Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 18 months – at home, to enjoying time as a family.

This weekend, Stefani and her parents brought the kids to church, the park and on a shopping trip while Rossdale hung out in Malibu.

And, on Aug. 14, the exes brought their kids to the Balboa Fun Zone amusement park for some fun in the sun and shopping.
