The star of “The Talented Mr. Ripley” saw bids for four autographed “Good Will Hunting” posters that he had donated — signed by Damon and his fellow costar and co-screenwriter Ben Affleck and costar Robin Williams — reach $10,000 each. Damon bought a Labrador puppy for $3,000 and an autographed Shjon Podein jersey for $6,000. Podein, whose children’s foundation the auction benefited, is a Rochester native and Colorado Avalanche hockey star.
