Jesper Parnevik says Woods should "maybe not just do it, like Nike says"
While Tiger Woods’s sponsors have shown him their support, there has also been an outpouring of disappointment in the world’s No. 1 golfer since he admitted marital indiscretions – but few have a reason to be as upset as Jesper Parnevik, the Swedish golfer who introduced the champ to his wife Elin Nordegren.
Nordegren and her twin sister worked as nannies for Parnevik in 2000, and it was he who introduced the Swedish model to Woods a year later. But now, Parnevik says that he wishes he’d never introduced the blonde beauty to his friend.
“It’s a private thing of course,” Parnevik told the Golf Channel. “But when you are the guy he is, the world’s best athlete, you should think more before you do stuff and maybe not just do it, like Nike says.”

Speaking to reporters, Parnevik also is being quoted as having said, “I’m kind of filled with sorrow for Elin since me and my wife are at fault for hooking her up with him, and we probably thought he was a better guy than he is.”
He added, “I would probably have to apologize to her and hope she uses a driver next time instead of a three-iron.”
On Wednesday, Woods admitted in a message on his Web site that he made a grave error in judgment. “I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart,” he wrote. “I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect.”
