Celebs like Nick Jonas, John Legend, Ellen Page and more are making the most of their time in the snowy small town by rubbing elbows with their fans and hitting up the festival’s biggest parties – and PEOPLE has been there to capture all the fun moments.
Monday, Jan. 25
1 a.m., TAO Park City: The Birth of a Nation‘s Nate Parker got down on the dance floor while a large crowd circled around him. His co-star Armie Hammer enjoyed table service with Tequila Don Julio 1942 with his wife Elizabeth Chambers, and “they all danced to Jay Z throwbacks,” says a source.
12:30 a.m., Rock & Reilly’s: Justin Bartha danced to tunes spun by DJ Funkee Boss in the 50 Bleu Lounge with his White Girl cast. The group – including Geoff Stults, Adrian Martinez and Ralph Rodriguez – sipped on cocktails while showing off their best moves. “They shut the place down,” says an onlooker.
12 a.m., Kia Supper Suite A family affair! Chad Michael Murray brought his wife Sarah Roemer and their baby boy to celebrate his new film Angels and Outlaws and enjoy a dinner by The Church Key at the supper suite, sponsored by Stella & Dot and Dobel Tequila. “Their baby was by far the biggest star in the room,” says a source. “Everyone was taking turns to get a smile from him!”

8:40 p.m., Kickstarter Green Room: Celebrating the premiere of Spa Night, Elijah Wood was coaxed onstage to perform Taylor Swift‘s “Shake It Off” with a group of friends. Kickstarter alum Spike Lee also stopped by earlier in the day.
8 p.m., ChefDance 2016: Making it a date night, producer Mark Burnett and his wife Roma Downey showed their support for OperationSmile at the annual event presented by Velocity. The couple dined on truffle risotto by Michelin-starred chef Luigi Fineo while chatting with Annalynne McCord, who snapped selfies with her pals.
6 p.m., Blue Door: Nick Jonas capped off his Sundance with Mia Moretti and Tyler Posey at the Buffalo David Bitton “Bottoms Up with Buffalo Jeans” party by BMF Media. The Goats star “checked out the whiskey bar and warmed up by the fireplace,” says an onlooker. Posey sipped on shots from an ice luge and danced around.
4 p.m., Wasatch: Ellen Page and Allison Janney – reunited in their buzzed-about film Tallulah – hung out at their film’s official premiere cocktail party, hosted by SteelHouse. Janney’s boyfriend Philip Joncas “could not stop beaming over Allison,” says a source. “The two walked in arm-in-arm and left together.”
3:30 p.m., Variety Fandango Sundance Studio presented by Dockers: New mom Brooklyn Decker was spotted showing off baby photos to her co-star Riley Keough. A couple hours earlier, Lily-Rose Depp popped by with her Yoga Hosers co-star Harley Quinn Smith, and the two actresses talked about working with their dads Kevin Smith and Johnny Depp.
2:30 p.m., TAO Park City: Patriots fan McCord was spotted getting very passionate about the game jumping up and down while Adrian Grenier celebrated the Denver Broncos’ victory on the other side of the room at the Ainsworth Game Watch Party presented by Element Electronics. Missi Pyle brought her 4-month-old baby girl Zooey to the party and strapped her to her chest. “She was adorable,” gushed a partygoer.
2:15 p.m., Mirai Music Lodge: Chloe Sevigny was runway ready, sporting an organza orange blouse with lace-trimmed sleeves and super high-waisted beige wool trousers. The star dug into Nima gluten-free sandwich wraps and lettuce cups.
1:30 p.m., The Blue Iguana: Reality stars Kendra Wilkinson and Gretchen Rossi – with fiancé Slade Smiley in tow – were spotted hugging at Debbie Durkin’s EcoLuxe Lounge, sponsored by Choices Recovery and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
1 p.m., Bar 53 at Rock & Reilly’s: Promoting her film Certain Women, Kristen Stewart popped into the bar for a quick lunch. Sipping on Bud Light, the star “chit chatted with the staff and was very friendly,” says a source. Later in the day, the star discussed Spike Lee’s recent boycott of the Oscars at Barclaycard Arrival Presents 364 Main. “Those were some serious statements that he made, but I have to respect that,” she told The Wrap.
12:30 p.m., Samsung Studio: Parents-to-be John Legend and Chrissy Teigen “were super cute” at Harvey Weinstein’s annual Weinstein Sundance Bowl Football Party, says a source. The couple stayed all day, and other guests included Nick (keeping warm in a black Moose Knucles bomber jacket) and Joe Jonas.
