Gisele Bündchen Shows Off Results of Her Plant Based Diet During Beach Date with Son Ben
"My little koala," the supermodel captioned the mother-son moment.
Gisele Bündchen has legs for days!
The supermodel has been kicking off 2016 in paradise. While many have been bundled up for the winter, Bündchen, 35, is enjoying the sun in a bikini.
The wife of football star Tom Brady showed off her toned figure in a cute mother-son snap on Instagram Wednesday calling 6-year-old Ben her “little koala.”
Along with daily yoga workouts, the Brazilian bombshell stays in shape with a strict plant based diet.
“Eighty percent of what [Gisele and Tom] eat is vegetables and whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans,” the couple’s personal chef Allen Campbell told Boston.com. “The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon.”
So if you want to eat like how the health-conscious couple eats, your diet most likely won’t consist of any white sugar, white flour, MSG, caffeine, fungus or dairy.
“It’s very different than a traditional American diet, but if you just eat sugar and carbs – which a lot of people do – your body is so acidic, and that causes disease,” Campbell added.
“Sugar is the death of people.”
