“Good Morning America” Charles Gibson, 56, experienced chest pains over the weekend and underwent an angioplasty at a New Jersey hospital, ABC announced Tuesday. He is expected to return to his “20/20” seat tonight and his “GMA” chair tomorrow morning. Yesterday he was replaced on the morning show by ABC News political commentator George Stephanopoulos, who admitted during a segment on the program about weight loss that as a child he was fat. His nickname: Pugsley.
