Two-year-old leukemia patient Patrick has a serious support system behind him.

The toddler – whose father is a member of former President George H.W. Bush’s Secret Service detail – recently started losing his hair due to treatments. But Bush, 89, and the people who work with Patrick’s dad weren’t about to let the little one go through the experience alone.

The men went under the razor to show their support for the boy, and have also launched a website called Patrick’s Pals, which assists with his medical bills.

The Bushes lost their second child, Robin, to leukemia 60 years ago this October at the age of 4.
