George Clooney: Sexy Man on the Mend
Two days after a motorcycle accident in Weehawken , N.J., PEOPLE's reigning Sexiest Man Alive George Clooney and his girlfriend Sarah Larson resurfaced for dinner at Scalinatella restaurant in Manhattan with crutches and a visible bandage.
He suffered a hairline fracture of a rib and road rash, but Clooney still looked dapper for the premiere of his movie Michael Clayton at the Ziegfeld Theatre, where he signed autographs and told PEOPLE that he feels "pretty lucky" the accident wasn't worse.
Even Larson, who broke her toe, didn't let crutches cramp her red carpet style – in a single high heel. "She seems like she can take it, huh?" Clooney said of his new gal pal, who covered up a black eye with makeup.
Clooney told photographers he would get back on a bike, but he let someone else do the driving as he left his Manhattan hotel.
The pair kept up the pace the next day, heading out for dinner again. But the key to his speedy recovery? He told PEOPLE, "Just resting," and using "lots of Neosporin."
