A number of late Sunday evening postings on Web sites including newsmagazine L’Express and the Journal du Dimanche, announce the 52 -year-old President was photographed at Disneyland Paris on Saturday with the Italian-born 39-year-old model. Several photographers were on hand and openly snapped the pair, who seemed at ease with the attention. Bruni, one of the highest paid models of the ’90s, has forged herself a second career as a smokey-voiced singer-songwriter in France. She has been linked in the past with Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton, Donald Trump and Kevin Costner. In an interview on news chain LCI, L’Express Editor in Chief Christian Barbier announced that Bruni, “a personal friend,” confirmed her relationship with the Sarkozy. Sarkozy was divorced on Oct. 18, from his second wife, Cecilia, after 23 years of marriage. L’Express says the couple was introduced at a dinner party by French publicity mogul Jacques Seguela, and that word of the couple’s liaison has led to a “camp out” by paparazzi outside Bruni’s St. Germain area apartment. Sources have confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple was spotted by paparazzi walking together with Bruni’s mother last weekend in the gardens at the Chateau of Versailles. Journal du Dimanche says the official spokesperson at the Elysees Palace refused to comment on the President’s personal life.
