Denton, who returns as sexy plumber Mike Delfino on ABC's Desperate Housewives, "is just quiet and unassuming, with something really solid at the core," says costar Marcia Cross. The married father of son Sheppard, 2, and 5-month-old daughter Malin admits he's still adjusting to fame. "Friends are saying, 'Hey, I need 12 autographed pictures for all the women at my office,' " says Denton, 42. "It's mind-boggling."

You might recognize him from his small roles on Alias or in Wedding Crashers, but Cooper, 30, is front-and-center as chef Jack Bourdain on the FOX sitcom Kitchen Confidential. In real life, the single Philadelphia native has used his culinary skills to impress the ladies – to mixed results. "The problem is, when I cook for a date, I get so maniacal, they see my obsessive side," he admits.

But Murray's fans can still dream: He receives more than 2,000 letters a month and gets stared at so much that, he says, "It's weird!"

He plays an engineer who robs a bank so that he can to go to jail – and help his brother escape – on FOX's Prison Break. But Miller, 33, doesn't lead an action-packed life offscreen. "I'm a fairly boring person," says the single Princeton graduate. "I go to the library, I do a lot of reading, I eat at Subway." We'd grab a sandwich with him any day.

"Either we feel the vibe or we don't."

"He elevates the performance of anyone he works with."

And although Townsend has appeared mainly in under-the-radar movies (such as 2004's Head in the Clouds), he has no regrets: "I'll take happiness over success any day."

"There's never a dull moment," she says of life with the 35-year-old former pro skateboarder, who's been in 2000's Almost Famous and 2003's A Guy Thing.
