The bad news continues for Tom Sizemore.

The “Black Hawk Down” and “Saving Private Ryan” actor — already awaiting an Oct. 2 sentencing for his conviction last month on six misdemeanor counts of harassing and physically abusing his former girlfriend, ex-Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss — now is being accused of harassment and sexual battery in a lawsuit brought by his former personal assistant, the Associated Press reports.

The legal papers, filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claim the actor, 41, repeatedly propositioned assistant Paulina Briones for sex.

The complaint also names Sizemore’s holding company, Bare Knuckles Productions, as well as Forward Pass (which produced TV’s “Robbery Homicide Division,” starring Sizemore), Universal Television Network (the series’ production company) and CBS (which licensed the show).

Briones claims she was hired in July 2002 for a weekly salary of $1,500 to handle such personal tasks as ensuring Sizemore was awake in time to report to work on his show, answering his phone and fetching him soft drinks.

According to Briones’s lawsuit, Sizemore soon “made his needs and true intentions apparent,” and she claims that he once greeted her in the nude when she arrived at his home and then repeatedly asked her to perform a sex act in return for $5,000.

The suit alleges that Sizemore made daily demands for sex and once forcibly tried to have her perform a physical act upon him. Briones also claims he asked her to ask her friends to have sex in exchange for money and to prepare dosages of methamphetamine and Vicodin for his consumption.

Attorneys for neither party immediately returned AP’s calls for comment.

Sizemore, meanwhile, could face up to four years in prison for his conviction in the Heidi Fleiss case.
